The total stay was great for 10 nights. Our rooms at this place were new-fashioned with double bed. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a city beach.

Reasonably spacious and fairly clean venue with a good value and amiable and very pleasant staff. Twin room with fridge. Particularly good location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an urban public beach. Outstanding and great meals.

I liked the treatment of the staff very much..... And I am glad to know that I had a courtesy room .....so I could take more advantage of the day of departure .... The food also was good.

When I first booked this hotel, I had my reservations with it only been a 3 star, I satyed there with my family for 3 nights and had a wonderful time, the hotel is fab, the postion is excellent and the food was fantastic, well deserves another star in my opinion...

It was just a balanced option for a weekend breather in Benidorm with a reasonable price. I enjoyed the free digital safe in my room. Make sure to ask about Wi-Fi details at reception upon arrival.

I liked the friendly aproachable staff in all areas and the overall cleanliness of the hotel, I also liked the comfortable seating in the lounge areas

The staff were genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel offered excellent entertainment options for families. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach.

The food was delicious and there was lots of verity.The beds where very comfortable and I got a great nights sleep every night. The view from the room over the pool was great, with lots of greenery around the hotel.

Pleasant staff,clean rooms and public areas and food was good.Free wi-fi was a great service to have.
breakfast times not so good....finishes at 10 am !!!!...I missed it 2 mornings in a row even 10:30 or 11am would have been better. And beds are very small and hard
