my stay was fantastic, as the hotel is just a short walk from the beach and iconic El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm, making it easy to discover the best spots in the city with just a leisurely stroll.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend breather in Benidorm with a reasonable price. I enjoyed the free digital safe in my room, which added peace of mind during my stay. Make sure to ask about Wi-Fi details at reception upon arrival.

Had an awesome time with the kids enjoying the big pool and the complimentary sun loungers were perfect for soaking up the sun. There was always something fun happening with live entertainment in the evenings and the outdoor pool was a hit with everyone. One little thing, the rooms could use some extra soundproofing, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. 🌞

The location was absolutely perfect. staff were amazing, particularly Elena on reception. she gave us lots of local tips. The food during both breakfast and dinner was impressive. there’s always something for everyone.

Upon arrival, the check-in process felt sluggish, which isn’t ideal after a long trip. The noise insulation in the rooms isn’t great. you can hear late-night revelries from nearby establishments and every little snore from the room next door. The lack of in-room kettles can be a real drag for those who fancy a cup of tea in the morning. it's puzzling that the air conditioning isn't available during the off-peak season, leaving rooms uncomfortably warm when the sun hits. The frosted glass bathroom doors might be a design choice, but it comes off as a bit of a privacy concern for some guests. some of the meal times can get a bit chaotic, with crowds making the dining experience feel crowded and a touch overwhelming.

The twin room was spacious and really clean. Had a nice balcony for people-watching. Great air conditioning kept the room cool. Having a fridge and safe was super handy. The cleaning staff did a great job every day. The only downside was some noise from the outside, especially at night, but it wasn't too bad.
